If I wanna run that rage node that doubles the regen I lose 10% of my life per sec.. Is there a good way to balance this without going full out on regen nodes lol

The loss of life over time from having rage is not considered damage and it cannot be mitigated.
Energy shield will automatically begin to recharge if the character does not take any damage for a certain period of time.

so when have a rage zealot oath, your pretty funny
