Other thread got wrecked with people not talking about the actual show so I'm making a new one.

On the 4th episode right now and this show is super weird but I'm digging it. Lmk what you guys think!

It seems futuristic at some points with technology but at the same time outdated. For instance they have little robots that clean the streets but then you'll also see a tube tv that would be considered outdated

Liked the first episode, made it about halfway through the 2nd one and gave up

Trying to watch Emma Stone act is about as annoying as Steve Carell play Michael Scott. The only difference in Maniac was there was no ensemble cast to bounce her off so that it actually became tolerable.

I'm interested in the story, it's just hard to push through to the next scene.

I don't mind her myself but I can see why people don't like her. The storyline alone has kept me captivated with wanting to know the answers to all my questions I've thought of while watching and so far it's really confusing but good enough to keep pushing through

I want to watch it just because I like Justin Theroux.

I just finished it a bit ago, really really weird but interesting show. Definitely recommend it

Same thing happened to me.

Episode 1 got me curious. Episode 2 drove me away.

Feels like the show is trying a lil too hard.

Planning to check this out over the weekend, heard nothing but mixed reviews so hard. Nothing overly positive, so I' kinda debating about not wasting my time, it's just too interesting of a concept/cast to completely ignore though.

I'm on episode 5/6 and I really like it so far.

Took me until episode 9 to realize.... this is comedy

Will report back when I am done with it all
