don't like the franchise and i'm not into this anymore but i should attempt to finished watching what i started

Exactly how I feel.

I'll check it out eventually, but the show has been terrible forever. Even the beginning was only okay in terms of overall quality. It was entertaining and all, but it had the mot lackluster ending imaginable.


GGO was entertaining, but again, the ending was absolutely fucking retarded. These stupid kids are somehow going around and breaking into people's homes and killing them with absolutely perfect timing by coordinating a poison and a gun-shot in real time. Come the fuck on lol. Again, entertaining, but they went full retard and it once again made no sense that Kirito gets all this special shit with no explanation at all.

only movie i watched was Ordinal Scale (dunno if there's any others but i don't think there are) and tbh i felt it really didn't add much of anything to the plot. (it wasn't that good either, prob my least favorite)
there wasn't really any loose ends and not much to really tie it into further stuff.
everything seemed pretty wrapped up by the end.
I even read the first chapters or so of Alicization and nothing really popped out to me in relation to the movie.
it throws you into the new game fast and if i had to guess the entire plot is going to be focused on this new games until the end. (we likely won't see much of the other character at all, just Kirito and his AI world buddies)

Yes, original scale is what I'm referring to since MAL has it listed as its prequel and sequel to SAO II (GGO).
