not any time soon that's for sure.
it pretty much adapted all the manga that's currently available (at least in english, which is probably all if not most of it)

so maybe give it another 2-3 years if not more. (if it happens, still waiting on Season 2 of Panty and Stocking after that "to be continued")
just depends on how often they continue to release and if any hiatus's happen etc..

that's all depending on if it even decides to follow the manga.
they could if anything do an original movie or something.

Was a solid season, I enjoyed the conclusion. Would be interesting if he begins going on actual quests, versus only killing goblins, could open the show up a lot. Was neat seeing the saviors of mankind (uber badass party) admitting that goblins are no joke and giving Goblin Slayer props. Probably be waiting 2-4 years for anymore anime from all I've seen, as unfortunate as that is, hopefully it gives them time to give us more good-great content, vs rushing out garbage for a cash grab.

well in that last episode he does pretty much say that.

though they'll definitely not throw away that Goblin aspect, since that's his calling.
but i'm sure they'll write in more fantasy themed monsters that him and his party will come across.

so in the manga, the village attack came before the sword maiden. the anime switched. what was the point of that...

it's was just a better point to end on.
since the sword maiden quest was a bit lacking for a finale point.
