/E I guess my question would be is it worth Creating new characters on a new account and getting the gear swapped by a different IP. does BNET just flag IP based on flagged accounts? shit is super annoying to deal with and also get information on. :( also where do CD Keys fall into play in all this flagging.
Unfortunately, I don’t think any of us know. Based on the response in blizzards forums, they are being very vague about what these new flags are. What you describe sounds like a key flag, but I’m not sure.
I’d cool it for now and let the restriction wear off naturally. If your keys are flagged, you’re just making it worse by getting restricted several times.
