Anyone notice that the PS4 controllers are very low quality?

The controller that came with the ps4 didn't fit well with the supplied usb cord, has always been loose... same with the 2nd one i bought... wtf

charging has become a complete nuisance.

tried charging upside down, all the THREE ps4 usb cords are loose in BOTH controller ports

if i prop the controller up on the triggers and lay the cord up and over the front front it will charge, but then I can't play...

Ive always had to tilt my controller up against something when charging because they put the port in a shitty spot so that if you just sit it down while its charging it will then produce the type of problems youre facing
Ps3 controllers dont have this issue idky they couldn’t keep the same kind of model to use on ps4 controllers

ive seen some complaints about stuff like this
but tbh ive had zero issues my cord fits in pretty tight i can even lift my controller by the charger cord when its plugged in so i cant say that i agree

HOWEVER the time they last is far too short turn off this dumb ass light if it gives me like 50% more lifetime
ps3 controllers used to take like 5 mins to full charge and last like a day ps4 controller its like 2 hour charge for like 4 hours of gaming
i literally have my controller plugged in like 90% of the time because it dies so often

I've had a total of 3 ps4 controllers, all the same loose charging port.

bought my uncle a ps4 last Christmas and a 2nd controller, both same shit...

I can see in the ports that the connector chip is not flush with the port, it looks like it's tilted upwards and not the right amount of clearance at top.

do your cords have the 2 things on the top to hold them in?
and that small gap on the top is what holds it in tight it fits in just fine if it doesnt change the angle your trying to plug it in dont force it

honestly if you just force it in at the wrong angle and bend it down a little bit your cord holders at the top probably dont click it so it just slides out

I never messed with it, always been gentle since ive know from the start it's obviously cheap af..

are you talking about the two spring loaded pins at the top of the metal connector?

Yeah there's not way in hell they are clicking into anything. it's loose all the way around inside the port.

yeah see those like snap in for me and are probably the reason i can lift my controller by the charging cord when plugged in
maybe they changed the controllers/cords slightly for later generations or something and they suck idk mine fits like a fat cock in a virgin pussy its tight as f

are you using the original cord?
heres a pic of my controller hanging by the cord idk why its sideways tinypic rotated it for some weird ass reason lol
