Is it worth to buy soul mantle for arc totem or use rare life/res/spell 6link?

Depends if you want more toughness or dps.
Soul mantle also requires you to constantly use anti-curse flasks or kikazaru rings.

it is. With a warding flask with enough uses its so easy to be curseless
