Okay, so my computer is doing some random freezes, wether I am playing a game like age of empire 2, if I am just surfing the internet, watching videos, etc. They are very random for the frequency they happen but also the length.

When it freezes, i just have to wait and at some point the pc will de-freeze and everything is fine. Sometimes it lasts a couple seconds, sometimes it lasts several minutes.

What could cause these freeze and how can I diagnose my computer.

Ps, I cleaned my pc with advanced system care and malware bytes

thanks !

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from either link listed.
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

Temps look ok, might be power supply.

I would try and change the vid drivers first... like in the instructions below...

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ ...get the latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...save this to your desktop.
3. Run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you. If it wants to go into "Safe Mode", let it.
4. After it's done and comp has rebooted to normal mode, just double click the Nvidia driver to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.

/e You can just download the latest driver 399.24, at the same site you get DDU from.

/ee Other possibilities would be the SSD is too full. How much free space is left on the SSD?

Could also be Advanced Systemcare. I would avoid using that.

It might also just be Windows 10 is corrupted. Which could be fixed with a clean install.
