Undeniable juggernaut will do uber lab fastest, is impossible to die on and is within your budget.
It is not just the best uber lab char, it is the best melee build period.

I used it as a league starter, can do uber lab easy in pretty basic gear, i switched to reave when i got richer for faster clears but bloodseeker double strike can do pretty much everything.
