Now i have 98% mf (48% from my Barb helm after getting 2 P Topazes from shrine hunting). Also, i did 8 Andy runs till now. Results:

Run4- Hsarus Belt
Run6- Axe of Fechner/ Berserkers Helm
Run7- Berserkers Axe
Run8- Blood Fist
Also, from the same corpse Cleglaws Shield and Arctic Belt.

For 98% mf the odds for Gull of Andy are 1:1929. For Berserker's Hatchet the odds are 1:443, thus after getting 5 x Berserkers's Hatchet's the first Gull will be dropped by her

i feel as though mfing bishshop and rakinshu, and even corpsefire would be better for getting gulls, since they runs would be just as fast and with item find you potentially get 4 to 6 chances for a gull to drop, i do this on closed b net to find hotspurs.. last time it only took me about an hour or two to pop some spurs off the bishop (i had close to 200 mf)
also they can drop everything else on your list you wanted before you start act 2 i believe

Thank for the tips! You are right, by using find item the odds for every item are in a way modified, in the sense of wasting not so much time while mfinding.
As per Silospen, Bishibosh or Corpsefire cant drop Gull. Also, the Cleglaws sword cant be droppped even by Andy, so for this item i do gambling. Till now i've spent ~300k of gold for it at gambling.

Now i have 105% mf, so the odds for Gull are:
Raka 1:1.601
Coldcrow 1:482
But if i think about the time to reach Coldcrow, and because Raka is near waypoint, the best Gull source its Raka. By using Find Item (2 points invested in it) which is 19% chances, so 1.106- 320=1.281, so the real odds of Raka are ~ 1:1.281

I only play SP, without plugy or ladder runewords, or this or that. My softcore char build also in Normal, named Normal Treasure can be seen next to hc Normal Build ( i spoke about that other char).

I believe u have the item find thing wrong. I'm pretty sure the 19% is a better chance to pop an item, which is different than mf?

X% chance of doing a drop as if you had killed the monster normally.

So the X% of mf is not applied to the quality of items which pop by find item skill? The same for X% gf maybe. I don't know that, but i will try to apply find item with all my gold find charms and without them, to see what is the amount of gold dropped by the minions of Rakanishu. Maybe the rules are the same for mf and gf when we apply find item skill.

Mf effects the type of item U find. Item find dont effect the mf % u have. Item find skill # effects the percent chance to get an item out of such popped body.

Item find at 19% says u have a 19% chance to get an item.
Magic find determines the type of item U could get from the body
