Longer animation generally = more frames = larger file = lower quality optimization

Bad - combination of multiple: low quality, almost no animation, excessive animation that results in low quality, skips too many frames to where it looks choppy, doesn't loop seamlessly

Offering 25 or 50 fg each, because this is easy to mass produce, and I'm looking to get 100+ if possible
I'll be paying 50 fg to images that I'd either categorize as good or great, and 25 to images either good or alright
I won't be compensating people for bad attempts, up to 50 kb for a 64x64 image is decent room to work with

There are free online sites to edit gif images if you don't have photoshop, such as ezgif, so really, anyone can do it
Find a gif or convert a video, crop a section with a square ratio, delete unnecessary frames, resize, duplicate frames in reverse order to loop seamlessly if kb size allows, optimize

I assumed 25-50 fg would be fine, because I pumped out ~40 in a few hours, and I assumed that I would be paying 50 more often than 25.
