in your opinion(s) what are the best weapons to use bilaterally/combination(s) for a throw barb?

gimmershred (non-eth)
the scalpler (up'd eth)
lacerator (up'd eth)
warshrike (up'd eth)

or are the unique throwing javelins any better?

rares? anyone know stats of these rares that are ideal?
