Payouts are as follows:
Stanley Cup Winner will receive 50% of the pot
Stanley Cup Runner up will receive 25% of the pot
Each division Winner will receive 5% of the pot (4 divisions means 20%)
The last place team will win 5% of the pot

not bidding a single penny on hebs, as you said theyll finnish rock bottom of the league but the fear of the whole city burning will give them the motivation to not finnish last
