so glockners in portsmouth ohio changed the turbo a couple weeks ago. today boss drives the truck its running fine, parks it, goes to move it a few hours later and as soon as it starts it immediately dies with no codes. pull the air filter to see if its getting choked on air and find metal chunks on the side of the air filter that goes to the turbo. pull the pipe off the inlet side of the turbo and find this hot mess. we've had so much bullshit problems with glockners i hope my boss dont take anything to them again. and i guess we know why it didnt seem to build the boost that it always did before

looks like pieces of the old turbo they didnt clean out. there was a bunch of pieces in the pipe from the air filter to the turbo.

That's cute... I've got to imagine that the intercooler is packed fucking full of this junk as well.

we are just wondering how much went into the engine and what kind of damage there is internally now. anyone want to buy a t800 kenworth? lol
