Not sure how they evaluate Buffalo worse than Ottawa but thats how it is. I assume they are using todays roster even though Ottawa might be without Karlsson and Anderson by the time the season starts.

Cant believe a team like Colorado who made the playoffs last year is listed as a 24% chance this year. I also dont really agree with where the Wild are listed, seems really high for a team I think will be outside the playoffs this year. The West is going to be an absolute dog fight to get in, only a couple (CHI/VAN) are true "retooling" teams.
