Holy shit. I didn't realize return yards we are part of the scoring at 10 yards per point. That's crazy.

Handcuffs drafted Tyler Lockett at #198 but he's projected to be the number 5 overall receiver in our league because he's projected to get 1108 return yards.

Did anyone else know about this? Feel like some of these return players would have went way earlier if people knew about that scoring setting.

During the draft, our league's specific scoring settings were used to offer up the "projected scores" that were on screen. If you did some digging, you could find a nugget. I had Lockett in the past and he wasn't as great as you'd think.

I'm already thirsty for some of that insider knowledge your promised!



Yeah, I should have looked at that. I looked at the scoring settings before the draft and saw return TDs are 6 points, but I guess I missed the return yards.

I think Lockett is definitely a nugget. Locket should have gone in the first 3 rounds with our scoring. We'll see where he ends up at the end of this year.

Is this return yards thing new? I don't remember that (or long play bonus) being there in the past. Of course I am getting older...
