Masculine and feminine traits. But as those are largely culturally and even personally subjective the spectrum itself is rather meaningless as well in terms of attempting to communicate to another as to where on that spectrum one believes oneself to be.

I always referred to gender as a synonym of sex in this sort of topic... but I guess it does have that definition too

what you're describing gender to be is what i would use to describe things... e.g. words that are masculine or feminine in languages
