I have a trap assa with decent gear (in my mind)
Lvl 48 traps 12k each ish but the damage is still like shit??? Why ? A light sorc with 30k lightning kills much faster🤔 aint even gona say something about a 8k javazon

Any ides guys?

No facets just pure skill + and ofc infi on merc.

facets dont work, your traps are classed as minions rather than spells.

trappers are fairly low DPS in comparison to a top lightning sorc (50k damage casting 5 times faster than traps do) or any javazon at all

but they excel in survivabillity, so you can relax while it takes 10min to clear a p8 throne solo

huge dmg when all 5 traps hit in PVP, so dont worry there but you do need a few traps to hit at once to see the crazy dmg.

If your wanting faster clearing with a trapper use ls to kill a few and put some ds out for corpse explosion. They clear plenty fast enough

I am but still damn slow, solo games its all good but as soon as there is a fwe ppl its all phew phew to kill anything

Make a fire light hybrid. Max your throwing speed and use 5 LS trap claws. Your firebombs can do 4-5k per bomb and max speed can allow you to hurl them fairly quickly. Doubling with your LS, this should be enough to deal with immunes and provide a significant secondary dps source.

Idk man I made one two ladders ago using insight merc and rand shit I found (best thing on her was a 27fcr spirit sword) and I would join full games to mf areas and had no issue clearing any of the major mf areas (didn't rlly mess with Baal because souls)

I have like 12 k each trap but it just if im guessing the real damage would max be around 5k each insted of 12. Ud think that 5x12=60k would be around 40k on avrage each hit on Baal but im prety sure its allot less then that. Gona try get 2x 6trap claws insted of hoto and spirit. Gives another 7+ skill and it shud boost the damage allot !

Also max fb it should hit 5k+ assuming gear and it probably does the same dps as your traps given their dmg range

My sin has 13k ls dmg, clears chaos/Baal extremely fast. When I lay traps, I go 3 ls + 2 ds for corpse explosion, all mobs seem to die in huge waves.
