Welp... i've gambled that 20fcr circlet... and using Stealth armor (25fcr), that's already 45% fcr. If you manage to have another 10% from a ring or whatever, you already reach the 48%fcr BP.
On the other hand tho... the above 55% + 20% wand would reach the 75% fcr Break point...
Not sure which one is best but I think I'd go for higher damage instead of higher FCR because I was already chugging those blue pots like a dwarf on beer!
*(very best option with the build above would of probably been this : circlet(20) + stealth(25) + ring(10) + ring(10) + ammy(10) = 75% and keep using a +blessed hammer weapon.
Either way is OP for normal by the way... hammerdin is badass
