Ive noticed points into blessed aim raise ur Ar passively but not worth wasting a usable skill in it.
But it looks like u got plenty of room for some charms.

AR was definitely a struggle for me in Hell, but I made my merc a non-eth obedience + non-eth treachery, and I'd use both of those until they procced (enchant + fade) then give back to merc. Worked out great.
