The question is on the shield. I do have a nice p def SS but trying not invest the points for the str req and thought I would try mosers. If using mosers what is the more important aspect to go for when filling the 2 x socs. would 15//40 prevail over 2 x 5/5 facets? I do not have too much ias on any items so was thinking thats where I needed to get it from...

Use 4x 5/5 jmod or monarch, silkvave or decent rares, 4/40 or 5/40 javs instead of mosers, wt and titans.

To reach ias brakpoint use:

This mate, hl is hichlord amulet.
This a good set up as a java and not so expensive tho
