u can still use dmg gear nw, df, ormus and full precast
u can use eni build for higher stats, but lower dmg

both not ideal

One is with MB... and other one is hybrid vita / mana

I don't need MB and 100% ES Mana

Having a sorc to fight without MB was like Christmas morning to my bowa and BvC. Tore presents like that to shreds

Blizz doesn't really have enough gear flexibility to do that but here's a quick build that'll do what you want for cheap

7x 45 lifers
2x fhr
your choice of life/mana or life/res

duel with cta+spirit, prebuff with memory+a bunch of other shit
If you decide you really like having a low damage, low frw caster with no block or dr that is easily sorbed you can start spending more on the char by buying overpriced reroll circlets and hundred dollar prepatch charms

Skills:
20 telekinesis
20 blizz
20ice blast
1 orb
20 ice bolt
1 warmth
1 teleport
rest into es or glacial spike or frozen orb.
