sadly most ovewrspawn weapons/charms are "usless" becasue already every one has +20prof and is caped... imo we need a change here

You're talking about Enhanced Effect Cap, whereas charms/armor (& with luck a weapon with EE) can have higher Stats like Strength / Dexterity etc which actually helps the character.

Even a Vitality item that has 25+ Vitality and say +14(or more) Life Regen is useful... considering the +25 Vitality is +1 to regen, making that item +15 Regen. It is perspective.

The issue is softcore where ee unspawns exist, where using 200ee t3 is possible.

Ee overspawns are great for those without Prof, for those with a lot of Prof you can exceed that cap by using ee + stat items.

Personally don't think we need a change here. Generally only max out lvl 1-30 gear anyway and those mobs die very fast to max ee.
