wrong stat there bud

without going through this whole thread to try to determine - are there rules for overspawn drops? like does it just spawn over the max of its tier into the next tier or can it overspawn like the olden days of LS 1.0 where people have tier I items with like 50 dex on them?

also, has anyone ever had an overspawn on tier XIV on any stat?

it can overspawn one tier amount above the tier limit afaik
