I was able to boot into Overwatch at 1080P in safe mode.

It played at like 1 FPS without a driver though LMAO

I FUCKING FIXED IT

I had to specifically use the 15.11.1 Beta drivers since those were the only ones that would "Install" to the point where it shows a driver in device manager, let the computer crash.

Then I had to unplug the card from the whole computer. and run off HD graphics Then have windows device manager manually browse for the up-to-date drivers and BAM NOW THE CARD FUGGGGIN WORKS.
