Faster than you think. Sustain is an “issue”, but she has a decent shield that also deals damage in clears.
But yeah, her early game might be a struggle, so playing her in champs like lee, shaco, vi, k6 would be risky. But she scales really well and after first recall, clears with no problem.

Runes are matter of preference, but item-wise I always ran tiamat into Red smite hp jungle item (fuck my brains this early), mobi boots/mercs, triforce, tanky like spirit visage or deadmans plate, optional titanic hydra as the last item.
