I remember when we used to have to do the baal runs or walks ourselves and there would be endless whining about who teles or who is herding, etc. Public d2 players tend to be extremely impatient.

Lower prices don't help everybody. I want to play this game with the challenge that it was intended to have. That is, rare items are actually rare, and soloing stuff isn't super easy.

This is about 10days of ladder and maybe only 7 days of actual mf. Not botting 24/7 either. Only one sorce. The spent fg consists of 30fg or so donations to people and the rest was buying gear or rush or levels. It's not a lot of fg but for a week it's pretty okay especially seeings as most complainers have under 2k fg.


It is easy to make fg even now. You only need one character and I'll tell you my sorce gear.

No torch. No Anni. No cta and no bo barb. No skillers or other charms. Only my tal armor is socketed with a p topaz nothing else has anything in it. Running hell on hardcore zero problems.

Lower prices dont help you if you find a cool item and want to trade it for better gear for your character. Thats the thing that makes it not fun for alot of people , you play , you do xp runs , you become stronger , you do mf runs , and after countless hours of mf runs , you finally find something cool , go try and sell it and everyone is like ''thats crap its 1% off of perfect just charsi it sucks i offer 1fg '' or whatever.

I dont wanna buy a tal sorc, I wanna find it myself and use it to MF cool items and be proud of what I've accomplished myself alone
If I wanted to buy my gear for the cheapest possible I would just use Hero Editor and create anything I want for free. but I like playing the game


thats just simply not true , not for me at least , you find some cool items and try to sell it and realize its worth nothing because botters already have an infinite amount of perfect stats for the same item.


In the end , just wanna say I understand your point but from my experience , most people I know dont feel that way and prefer the ''legit'' way of playing the game, as they call it.

If you hack or enjoy playing with hackers then this season is amazing.

Play single player hardcore if you want a farmathin or player challenge. Pvm section is loaded with walkthroughs or play bnet and don't buy items
