ryzen 7 2700x / gtx 1070 ti

it happens to my friend, his and your gfx are fine so it could be he doesn't have 8gb of ram, 4+gbs can still run fortnite but i'd imagine it would crash a lot

im running 16 gbs. could be too overclocked?

Faulty on Fortnite's end, itll be fixed.

its been like this since the beginning of last season and they refuse to acknowledge it. highly doubt it.

Ok. 6700k overlocked, 1070 overclocked, gskill ram overclocked, installed on samsung 850 evo on up to date windows 10. If it's an issue on their end then it's a compatibility issue with Ryzen. Otherwise it's not an issue on their end or I would have had crashes too.

I don't have details of his overclock so I can't say if that's the issue. but if he hasn't tested everything at stock, then he should start there.

Because it is the only major hardware platform difference. I also never identified the problem. If you can learn how to read, I said "if" it is a problem on Epic's end it would have to be a compatibility issue with Ryzen, or else I would experience the crashes as well. Otherwise, it's not an issue on their end. I never once said the problem is Ryzen, so calm down fanboy.
