Now I just need a Moderator to assist with his account. Pay-offs and login issues.

They won't discuss anyone elses account with you.
He needs to use the contact feature at the bottom of the page.
It is the only option for him.

tell him to relogin and post under S/A - Repay Forum

He would then need to be contact by a mod, pm them, and let them know YOU are paying the debt, not him. Mod would pm you asking, you confirm, wham bam done deal.

I repaid a friend's a few years back.
