Depends,if you solo go with the ee one and use the dex one if you are dps in a group

In Group:
... If they have a designated tanker, use the dex one. if not, then you tank with the EE one.

Solo:
... Use the EE one, I doubt you heal yourself much solo'ing and rely on towning / shrining.

Dex should always be better. 90 ee plate won’t save you from anything

Both suck but you probably offer 5 fg on anything better
