Yes, I know it's not the /best/ rolls in some spots. But they're all positive and it's the first one I have gotten to drop in my years of playing.

I've seen similar ones go for anywhere between 1-2 exalts.

cheapest one there is 2.5 ex so can adjust your price from those, I would guess about 2-3 ex for it

I have been checking on poe.trade for pricing ideas intermittently over the last few days and it has been very... unreliable.
Sometimes I get 2ex, others I get as much as 20ex as a base price. It's been ridiculous!

Your life is very low so it would definitely be on the lower end of the range. I would also look at total resistance rather than the individual components as that will give a wider pool of comparison.

The prices I've listed (1-2 Ex) are what I've seen these types of rings be bought and sold for, and I've done a lot of trading of these rings. I would probably start at 2 Ex (at most) and then drop by 0.2 Ex every few hours depending on how fast you want to sell it.
