I actually kind of like the realm, other than not being able to play barbs.

New server on Germany vs. The Moscow one before. My Ping hovers around 120-150 and spikes around 300.

A combination of 08 shako, wizzies and BB is a real buff but I feel like overall the match ups still balances out.
