The #1 complaint about Akali is her shroud and how broken it is.

rank1 q already goes upto 200AP of base damage

seems maxing w+e to proc passive gives more damage then 666AP and maxing q first, it also trolls lanefase

so 40cdr not gives 66.6%more shrouds, but more like 26%

Nah she really isn't fine lol. Every akali I've ever faced is either one shorting me or completely useless. Rito doesn't seem to like feast or famine champs.
