I would uninstall Avast and re-install it to see if the problem is just a glitch with Avast or a possible infection of Windows.

everytime i open Avast, theres like a white window screen as if its still tryna load... but its forever

Go into Safe Mode, restart comp and then you can uninstall ASvast. It seem to be broken atm. If you want, you can then restart into Normal Mode and re-install it.


/e If you can't uninstall Avast in Safe Mode use Revo Uninstaller. It's pretty much unstoppable uninstaller... like Program and features is supposed to be.
