Yes it's bad.

The issue with smoothies and juice is although it's fruit it's liquid. In a piece of fruit the same amount of sugar is contained within the fruit but a good deal of it is contained within the flesh and wall of the fruit which is not digestible and also comes with a dose of fibre which stretches out the glycemic index which avoids spike response of insulin etc.

Not only does juicing the fruit destroy the containment of sugar it also lowers the fibre and this means you get a sugar spike which over time lessens the function of the pancreas and leads to diabetes.

Also you consume way more fruit in juice and smoothies than you would eat in a sitting, further adding to the sugar intake.

Tldr, they make you fat and give you diabetes.

A typical smoothie i make:

1/2 banana
1/3 orange
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup frozen berries (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry)
1 large handful of spinach
1 tbs milled flax seed
a few ice cubes
and soy or rice milk added as needed to get desired consistency.

Sometimes I use carrots, prunes, mango, peaches, or other fruits in season.
This makes a large smoothie about 750 ml.

Is it healthy? I don't really care. I don't make one everyday. I have used them in the past as a way to help me gain weight when I was underweight. It's fast and easy to digest and provides a lot of calories.

Blend up a bag of spinach with some water. That's how I do it.
