Besides "Sexy" items are normally much higher than this. I doubt Paul is too worried if items are dropping with average ee dropping unless they have unbelievable sides like high stats or something.
Dont get me wrong Id love to find that armor but its still probably only barely average on SC :P
I agree with the sentiment of the first sentence for sure. Also part of the reason I am able to find sexy items is that I'm able to take risks that I would never attempt on HC lol. I think Rex was talking about Implite getting 1-shot by trying to well a high level heavy weapon lol. At lvl 100+ I spawn 3 EPs solo? Sure, I'll fight that. Don't think I'd try that on HC, even with the same gear haha!

Yeah, no this leather is still a sexy drop on SC. It's not just barely average
