/e Ok, I watched the 2nd video. Still don't know wtf happened between the bolt and the shooting.

/ee yes, I read the entire Wikileaks article. It sounds like DSlager got what was coming to him. But from those two videos I would not stand up in court and say I knew wtf had happened.

There was a scuffle, and the taser fell. Walter started to run away and the officer unloaded bullets into his back

I didn't see that in the video. the 1st vid ended with Scott bolting from the car. The 2nd video started with Slager shooting. I saw no scuffle or taser.


/e rewatched...saw... something which may have been Scott knocking tazer out of Slagers hand. But I still don't see what happened between bolting and Scott and Salger.

Like I said before. you want me to state how I feel about it. Can't do that. The guy taking the video didn't have camera upright the whole time... why?


It LOOKS like Slager over reacted, but we still don't know what happened between bolting and the pseudo scuffle. So, I'll just not form an opinion on this one.

These are tougher situations

investigation, examine the record of the police involved, and do whatever possible to better train and learn from this type of incident

if the cops have good (relevant) records and the investigation shows it was a dangerous situation for all I think the benefit of the doubt stays with those officers since this was a violent and armed crime involved

I have no interest in lumping these types of unfortunate incidents in with blatant police abuse of the community

With all due respect, do you have cataracts? If so, schedule an appoint with your primary physician or ophthalmologist to get them removed ASAP.

My grandma and mom both got theirs removed, and they said it's a huge difference and can't believe they never got it done sooner.

haha. I just don't get it. If you watch the video in fullscreen, it's clear the taser flings off. And you can clearly tell there is a tiny scuffle there at the beginning. How can anyone not see that. My eyes are not even that great lmao
