Yeah I feel you man. I bought my ram on sale for $215 literally like 3 months before the hike and now I can ask if for like $450 lol

I bought my 1080 for $550 and was offered $900 at one point lol

does the current state of the gaming industry really justify buying the shit?
especially as 99.8% of all games worth playing came out some time before 2016

unless pubg, which still runs on my 780ti quite great, there is no real need for upgrades imo. also ps4 has tons of cool games which makes a console enough imo.

GPU prices are the same place they were last spring when stuff was still being released. Ram is still higher, last fall I got 16gb ddr4 3k mhz for $120, now that's 150 min.

For a 1080? Hardwareswap has them going around $450.
