Download the NeverSink loot filter, place the NeverSink's filter - 2-SEMI-STRICT.filter file or whatever version you want, into your C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile directory

Then, in-game go to options and then the UI tab, then scroll down to List of Item Filters and select the NeverSink one. Then click on reload
