Went 4-2 with Cass today in some norms, didn’t do particularly amazing, but didn’t lose lane once

Well timed W prevents lb from using her full burst since she can’t dash. Cd is about the same on both abilities iirc. Cass can hit through cs with whole kit, lb cannot use her root through wave.
Cass can farm without wasting any mana, lb is rather mana hungry and hardly farms under turret once pushed.
Cass roams much better with aoe ult and W that prevents dashes, flashes etc on bot lane, and she gets to bot much quicker by using Q on scuttle crab to gain movement speed.
Lb is a full burst mage, cass can still do tons of damage and melt everything with “offtank” items like banshee or zhonya in early if they are needed as well as with Tear insted flat ap item like amplifying tome or fiendish codex etc

Should I refund and buy Vladimir??? I need to learn a midlaner, and was debating between the two.

Which is objectively the better champion.

A good vlad is absolutely awful to play against. Obv a good cass is terrifying too but I feel like vlad is a lot more forgiving when you make mistakes and far far less mechanically demanding
