Does anyone remember old pokemon game (10-15 years ago) on pc?
It was some kind of pokemon card game with some poke quiz etc.

It's not really a game. It's a tutorial on how to play the trading card game. I still got the CD, but it won't run unless I have Windows 95 or 98. I am able to install it, but I can't get it to work on Windows 10 with compatibility modes.

I remember it came in a box with some pokemon cards a long with the setup mat, pokemon flip coins, and damage counters.
