Bran new I buy power keyboard. The basic one that comes with it. Anyway my keyboard and mouse stayed on after power down (first time turning on). I didn’t pay much attention to it and left as I had errands to do.
I came home to start it and finish downloads. My mouse is lit up and working fine. My keyboard backlights are off with the exception of the ibuypower at the top. All keys seem to work.
Google search doesn’t really get me anywhere. Id like to see my keyboard at night.
I have powered down again and used the switch in the back as well. I’ve also swapped USB ports and the problem continues.
Anyone know what to do?
