i have a question regarding images.
is there a way to have a picture time-based? like, depending what time it is, it shows a certain image.
i.e. a clock with hour and minute hand that shows correct time.
if so, would the picture be limited to show a still-image when they clicked on page. or could it continuously move even if on page?
also, is this something i would need a site and pay hosting for?
this is exclusively with sig and avatar for this site in mind
