Why did you not edit 20%fcr? That is possible for a rod type weapon. Also you should put in the preffixes and suffixes to make it look real.

Would take hoto any day
You have no oak
You have to adapt build to hit fcr bp
You have to use arach and lose dr and other useful stats from bb

Even tho this is fake and on asgard and you have wizzy gloves
I would still go for hoto

Yeah I was talking about battlenet build if this item was real
But since its not and its just an asgard item he can use wizzy
