It's like a more visually appealing ladder slasher with horrible mouse and keyboard controls, but they can be reconfigured for 1 handed play.
A dungeon crawler where you violently attack the clothes that the anime monster girls are wearing until they rip and reveal the contents underneath.
When you succeed in ripping all of her clothes off, you have 1 minute to violently rub her as fast as you can, while also trying to find the sweet spots.
If you fail to capture her, she will come back after a little while, so just lurk around the area until she reappears and attack her again.
Afterwards when you succeed in subduing the monster girl, she joins your party or waits for you in her room in town.
You can return to town and continue to violently rub her to your hearts desire, which increases your intimacy with her.
She can join your party to help you forcefully capture more monster girls for you to violently capture, with the idea of "saving the world" to convince them.
There are a bunch of random encounters in the dungeons, but they are just cannon fodder, easily and violently destroyed.
This game is extremely violent, and of course the steam version is completely censored, so it's safe. We don't talk about the patches (but I know you'll use it).
I would recommend it.

Manhunt, hands down king of gratuitous violence.
Take Fug for example, I would say he is the most demented non player character in existance.

id say gta.

a lot of other games are gorey and violent sure but you're usually killing nazis/monsters or just something worth killing.

in gta i was a 6 year old kid driving on sidewalks killing citizens and cops.
