I am setting a tentative date for signup as THIS FRIDAY.

this will allow what euros we have to get some duels in hopefully over the weekend while the tourney is fresh in people's minds.

this will not be IMO as expedited of a tour as many in the past. but if we can't get it done in under a month then it will be called.

i assume this DOESNT have 3/xx/15s? since thats the reason for not letting any physical dmg characters 21 or beyond

Zero. If I'm mistaken they'll be removed. But his main attack is 1h throw and frenzy has no block. Needs a bit of testing. only done 10 or so duels vs 18s thusfar. All even or him losing

Bump for signups. will be starting duels this weekend. late signups will be accepted within reason, but tomorrow is your goal to start dueling tomorrow night and this weekend.
