You can probably get a key for Win 10 Pro (you definitely want Pro) on websites like Kinguin or ebay (~ $25)...and then just DL Windows 10 Pro...here...

/e The CPU already comes with a CPU cooler. The Hyper 212 is better ofc, but for a non gaming machine, you probably don't need it.

if u want better help, tell us what u intend to do with the computer. Bsns purposes? Light browsing ? U intend to store lots of data? music/movies etc?

Hello there, If you get 2 potatoes and stick them togather with a bet of duck tape. Then slowly add some golden syrup to the skin of the potato and let this sit in a cool and dark place for roughly 24 hours. Once you have followed these steps you should have yourself a good enough build for your entertainment.
