I've never been a good sleeper 4-5 hours on a good night my entire life

every time I've tried to nap (which isn't often) I maybe get 5-10 minutes and wake up with a racing heart and bad anxiety

whatever happens when I close my eyes appears to be a worse place to be than when they are open

Sounds very unhealthy. Sleep is crucial to your well-being.

Try smoking weed before sleeping as it works like a dream suppressor, so you wont be thinking of much during sleep

good choice, the melatonin addiction gets them all in the end

seriously though you should see to that, i dont think there are many things worse than a life time of severe sleep deprivation
