Easy to find out if a person ur about to trade with have scammed be4. ( by simply just search for name )
Would prevent alot of scams.
Less work for S/A mods.
Less scams = more peaceful place.

Cons.( not relevant for the users )
Less locked fgs to forumgold bank. ( Only reason theres never been one or will be one is my guess )

Usually people that scammed will see themselve in the SA, if there is an accusation against somebody and there is enough evidence, that person will be locked very quickly.
So you will be warned by the locked fg and Scammer Tag

If you do not trust your trade partner just request a mediator and the problem is solved

It would help to prevent scams thats all.

Every1 havnt got time to w8 for med.

But ur suggestion is that 100% of all trades should be made with med.

Post enough evidence and we will see how long the locking process will take.

Would you like getting Tagged only because somebody accuses you without sufficient evidence?

Just use a Mediator as i said and you will not be scammed.

Edit:

When was the last time you requested a Mediator? Try it out and you will be surprised how fast it is
But the problem is that you guys are inpatient even when a Mediator answers within one minute, you hate the formality but on other side you want safety :/

How are a med gonna sort out a uap sell?

Med holds fgs + items trade works fine. 1 week later item disapears.
Can u tell me how to prove this so the lock will happend "very quickly"

( except leave comp on and record every step forever )

Thats 1 example.

Wouldnt it just be easy to have a search function and ppl can just search for a name and after that decide if they wanna trade or not.

To dodge for example Uap sellers.

You were complaining about the slow SA process, i was answering you this with "You need enough evidence and the accused will be locked pretty quick"
Its not fair to lock somebody without enough evidence, thats why i asked you that question.

How are med gonna sort out uap sell?
How can you proof that the item really poofed? Probably the accuser wants to make twice profit, still having the item + getting the fg back

Thats just a comfirmation from u that uap scams is impossible to solve and a searchfunction would be helpful to prevent them:)

If you would have looked into Rehmos post you would see Pauls reaction to this suggestion.
You are on the safe side if you use a mediator in normal trades, its hard to prove that somebody sold Unperm items as Perm.

This would only increase fake accusations. I could gather 4-5 friends, let them make an accusation against you,people would use the search function, see your name and never trade with you.

How "smart" is it to use a med when it doesnt help?
Kind of stupid imo since its just adding 1step.

Ofc always great to use med in normal ( non uap ) trades.
Not saying meds are useless, cuz i think its rly good to have em.


I guess the risk of having a few ppl accused wrong is worth it.

Since u guys wont lock/tag any1 without solid (100% safe) proofs, its not a prob.

If ppl would like to frame for ex me, they can do it now aswell.

4-5x S/A - and it will spread.



Just easier to stay in the shadows if ur a uap seller. Ppl know its pointless posting in s/a or bump topic for uap.
So thats on page 1x pretty fast- forgotten.
