Haven't played much since they nerfed surgeon's pots from every crit strike few years ago. Got a 91 Ranger so prefer just to use her as I work 50+ hours a week and don't feel like grinding another character out, got like 40 Exalts and Skyforth's as well in the stash plus another 20-40 exalts in stuffs easily. Wondering a good build+gear list(reasonably affordable) to crush endgame. Was using TS before and don't mind going that way if needed again. Just want something to find currency in my spare time, not looking to do more than 3-4 maps a day couple times a week.
